I chose to do this because war and conflict will happen for years, and it is good for people to bring awareness to the ones that concern them. I hope that my work will be a reminder of the importance of peace and the devastating consequences of war. I want to create work that is not only visually appealing, but one that conveys a strong message. It is important to bring awareness to the conflict in Nigeria, and to create work that inspires and encourages people to strive for peace.
